BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions? Let’s talk.

Everything you may want to know before we start shaping your time in Israel.

How long have you been a tour guide?

I’ve been guiding since 2003, creating meaningful memories with travelers from around the world. Every tour is a new story, and I still love sharing Israel through its people, places, flavors, and history. Every year, I complete 2–3 days of continuing education to remain officially certified. These sessions keep me updated on changes at sites, new places to visit, geopolitical developments, and more.

Why aren't there fixed prices on the site?

Because every trip is completely different! My mission is to tailor your trip exactly to your wishes, budget and needs. Some people want a single day, others want 10 days. How many sites? Some cost money, some are free. Some groups want special activities like camel riding, a food tour, a wine tour, or an art workshop. And are we talking about 4 people or 8 to 20? Do we need a jeep, a minibus, or a bus? Every variable affects the budget, which is why there's no one-size-fits-all price.

Are the trips suited for families with young children, or for elderly travelers?

Absolutely. I tailor every trip personally to you. If your group includes children or elderly travelers, I'll plan days and routes that work well for their pace and needs.

Are trips adapted for a specific religious or cultural background, Jewish, Christian, mixed?

Yes. Some sites carry more meaning depending on tradition, Jewish or Christian. Some groups are entirely Jewish, entirely Christian, or mixed, and together we'll choose the sites that matter most to your group.

How does the process actually work?

You sign up on the site, which takes you to WhatsApp. In our first conversation, I want to get to know you. What's the purpose of your trip? How many days? Which areas would you like to visit? How many people, and what's your connection (family or friends)? Ages of everyone in the group, any health conditions to take into account, allergies. What kind of character you want the trip to have, how many sites.

After that, I take all the information and build out the days of the trip accordingly. You'll receive an email with all the details, including pricing (car, bus or minibus), the sites, what costs money and how much, plus a short explanation of each, and a full timed schedule. It all comes in a spreadsheet to help you make decisions based on budget and timing.

When should I get in touch with you?

I recommend reaching out at least 3 months in advance, especially if a vehicle is needed. During peak season, booking ahead is also important. Since I'm building your schedule, researching activities (sometimes even new ones), sending them to you for feedback, and making changes, all of that takes time, and creating the best experience requires preparation time. If you're reaching out for a one or two day trip, it could be just a week or two beforehand, and if I'm available, I'd be happy to be your guide.

Do you guide both large groups and private tours?

Yes. From Birthright groups of 24 to a private tour for a couple. Every kind of group gets the same personal attention.
